How do I create an account?

Accounts are created by your organization's administrator. If you need access, contact your admin or reach out to us at support@nimbuslearnapp.com.

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

Tap "Forgot Password" on the login screen and enter your email address. You'll receive a password reset link within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if you don't see it.

The app isn't loading or keeps crashing. What should I do?

Try these steps: (1) Force close the app and reopen it. (2) Check your internet connection. (3) Update to the latest version from the App Store or Google Play. (4) Restart your device. If the issue persists, email us with your device model and OS version.

How do I enable push notifications?

When you first open the app, you'll be prompted to allow notifications. If you declined, go to your device's Settings > Notifications > Nimbulink and enable them.

Does the app work offline?

Yes. Previously viewed content is cached for offline access. Any actions you take while offline will sync automatically when you reconnect.

How do I delete my account?

To request account deletion, email privacy@nimbuslearnapp.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request." We will process your request within 30 days in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
